苗医弩药液抹搽联合温针灸治疗寒湿痹阻型慢性腰肌劳损31例疗效观察

Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleficacyofMiaoYicrossbowliquidsmearingcombinedwithwarmacupunctureinthe treatment ofcold-dampparalysisobstructivechroniclumbar musclestrainMethods Sixty-twopatients withcold-dampparalysis obstructivechroniclumbar musclestrain wererandomlydividedintocontrol groupandobservationgroup，with31cases ineachgroup， thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithwarmacupuncture，andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithadditionalMiaoyi crosbowliquidon thebasisofthecontrolgroup.ResultsAttheendofthetreatment，theVisualAnalogueScale（VAS）scores，OswestryDisabilitydex （ODI）scoresand Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）symptomscores of thepatients inboth groups were significantlyimproved （ P （20 （204号 <0.05 ），but those in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group （ P<0.05 ）．During the follow -up，therewasnostatisticallsignificantdiferenceintheVASscores，ODIscoresandTCMsymptomscoresof theobservationgroup compared with those at the end of the treatment（ P>0.05 ）．The total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 70.97% （204号 （22/31），while that in the observation group was 96.77% （30/31），and the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ） .ConclusionMiao Yicrossbow liquid smearingcombinedwith warmacupuncture inthe treatment ofcold-dampchronic lumbarmuscle strain can significantly reduce lumbar pain，and the long-term efcacy is more stable.
