运用《伤寒论》六经辨证论治甲状腺功能亢进症

Abstract：This papersummarizedTreatiseonColdDamageDiseasesintreating hyperthyroidismbasedonsix meridiansdiferentiationItisbelievedtattheoccurencenddevelopmentofhypeyroidismaremainlycharacteredbyempicalevidenceathebegining，andovertie，changesfromsoidtodeficiency.Tepathologicalproductsareqistagnation，plegmcoagatioloodsta sis，andtemainathogesisisteosumptioofpathgenicatandamagetoiearacteristisoftesixedasife entiationfromsufacetointerior，fromyangtoyin，andfrommildtosevereareconsistentwiththeevolutionofhyperthyroidismWhen proposingclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentofhyperthyodism，themainaroachisbasedontediferentiationoftesixmeridians. Theearlystageof thediseaseislocatedinthesun，andthetreatmentshouldfocusonresolvingexternalfactorsanddispersing evil. CommonlyusedformulassuchasGuizhiDococtionaremodifiedandadjusted;ThediseaseisinYangming，andthetreatment issuitableforrelievingheatandgeneratingfludsWhiteTigerplusGinsengDecoctioniscomonlyusedwithmodifications；Thediseaseis inShaoyang，andthetreatmentshouldbebasedontheformulaofChaihuDecoction withmodifications；Thelatestagediseaseisin Taiyin，andthetreatmentissuitableformoderatetemperature.LzhongPilsadtheirsmilarforulasarecommonlyusedwithodifications；ThediseaseisinShaoyin，whichshouldbetreatedbywarming yangand promoting diuresis.Maimendong Decoctionor HuanglianEjiao Decoctionarecommonlyused；WhenthediseaseentersJueyin，thetreatmentshouldfocusonclearing theupperand warming the lower parts，and commonly used methods include warming the meridians with soup.
