Abstract：ObjectiveThis studyreviewed the progress ofGentianarhodantha Franch.interms ofqualitystandards，aimingto provideareferencebasisforthedevelopmentandimprovementofqualitystandardsforthisherb.MethodsTherelevantliteratureon thequalityassessmentofGentianarhodantaFranchathomeandabroadwassummariedandclassifiedResultsThecurrentstudies onthequalityssessmntofGntianahdnthFrachainlyivoleharacteentificatiocrosopicdentificatiohques， drawingoffingerprints，anddeterinationof tecontentofmangferinasasingleactiveingedient.ConclusionThecuentstudieson GentianarhodanthaFranch.coverawiderangeof topics，focusingontheanalysisofthecontentofmangiferin，itsindexconstituent， aswellasfngerpritingFortequalityevuationfGentianahodanthaFranch，uthenticityidenificationmetodsandtheridicatorsarerelativelysingle，resultinginteinabilitytochieveamorecomprehensiveintermsofqualityTerefore，itisayto provideabasisforfurtherimprovingthequalitystandardofGentianahodanthaFranchtopromotethestandardizationandratinaldevelopment of itsresources.
