养阴口香合剂的薄层鉴别及多成分含量测定研究

Abstract：Objective To studytheTLC identificationofGentiana in YangyinKouxiang Mixtureandthemulti-componentscontenteterinaioofentaFctusuratidSuelessinprepratioetddfoen ofGentin；HCasusedforntentdeterinationofntianopicrininentiannaringinndeoesperidininurantiuctus，bicalinin Scutellaria BaicalensisonaAgilent C18 1 250nm× 4.6n m，5um），and the mobilephasewas acetonitrile -0.1% phosphate （gradient elute：O～25min， 8%40% （A）； 25～25.01min ， 40%⟶8% （A）； 25～40min ， 8% （A））at the column temperature of 32% . The flow rate was1.O mL/min and the detection wavelength was 275 nm.Results The TLC spots were clear and showedagoodseparation.Telinarrelationsipsofgentianopicrin，naringin，neohesperidinndbaicalinweregoodinteragesof 1.2294-9.2765μg ， 7.9102-58.3782μg ， 4.1110-30.4130μg ，and 20.6553-151.2662 μg，respectively （ r⩾0.9998 ， n=6 ） . The average recovery rates ranged from 97. 13% to 101.30% .Conclusions The method is accurate with good reproducibility，which canbe used forthe quality control ofGentian，Aurantii Fructus and Sutellaria Baicalensis in Yangyin Kouxiang Mixture.
