Abstract： Objective To study chemical constituents of n -butanol fraction ofNeolitsea hsiangkweiensis.Methods The n -butanolractionofNeolitseahsiangkweiensiswererepeatedbsilica，gelpolyamidecolumnchromatography，tinLayerChromatogaphy，gel columnchromatographyandthestructureofcompoundsformtheplantwereidentifiedonphysicochemicalpropertycombinedwithmodern spectroscopic methods （as NMR，MS）. Results 8 compounds were isolated and elucidated from n -butanol fraction of Neolitsea hsiangkueiensis，whichwerequercetin（I），rhamnetin-3-O-galactopyranoside（II），hyperoside（II），2-phenylethyl β （20 -D-glucopyranoside（V），Adenosine（VI），Vomifoliol（VI）.Conclusions Allcompounds were isolatedandobtainedfrom Ne 1 olitsea hsiangkweiensis for the first time.

湘桂新木姜子是樟科（Lauraceae）新木姜子属（NeolitseaMerr）植物湘桂木姜子（Neolitseahsiangkweiensis Yen C.Yang&P.H.Huang） 的干燥根，其植物资源主要分布于分布于湖南省西部、广西自治区西北部、云南省东部，被收载于《湖南药物志》[1]。（剩余6691字）
