Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleficacyandsafetyoftheYaomedicineformula“Fudingtea”inthetreatmentofidiopathicoligospeia.MetodsAtotalofOmalepatientsithidiopathicoligosperiahovisitedouroutpatientclinicwerollctd andrandomly divided intoacontrol groupandanobservation group，with 6Ocasesineach group.Sixcases droppedoutfromtecontrolgroup，andthreecasesfromthebservationgroup.Finall，1caseswereanalyed：54inthecontrolgroupand57inteobservationgroup.ThecontrolgroupreceivedoralvitaminEsoftcapsules（O.1g/time，twicedaily），whiletheobservationgrouptook“Fudingtea，”onedoseperday，preparedbydecoctionanddividedinto twoservings.Bothgroups were treatedcontinuouslyfor1eeks， afterwhichcliicalacyasessdbympaingnve，speoncentraonrogessveotilityiabiltydan gesinbloodbiochemicalindicatorseforandaftertreatmettoevauateteclinicalefectandsafetyoftheedication.ResultsThe observationgroupshowedsignificantlyhighersmenvolume，spermconcentration，progressivemotility，andspermviabilitycompared to the control group，with statistically significant differences （ P<0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the observation group was also significantly higher than thatin thecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）. All blood biochemical indicators were within the normal range，with no significant differences within and between the groups（ P>0.05 ），and no adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Fuding tea demonstrates significant efficacyinthetreatmentof idiopathicoligospermia，withno notableadversereactionsdetected.
