基于彝医药用药经验的鲜侧柏叶质量标准研究

Abstract：ObjectiveToestablishqualitystandardsforCacumenPlatycldirecens toprovidescientificbasisforthedevelopment andutilizationofelatedpharmaceuticalpreparations.MethodsWequalitativelydentifiedCacumenPlatycldirecensbycaracters， microscopicidentificationandthinlayerchromatogram（TC）.Thewatercontent，totalashcontent，acidinsolubleashcontent，extractcontent，andvolatileoilcontentweredeterminedbythemethodsinChinesePharmacopoeia（O2OEdition），andthecontentof quercetin wasdeterminedbyHPLC.ResultThe microstructureof he medicinalmaterials wasobvious，TCcharacteristicspotseparationwasclearandtheseparationisgood.The methodofHPLCshowedgoolinearityandreproducibility，andtherecoverywas inaccordancewithterequirements.Teaveragecotentsofater，totalash，acidisolubleash，andetractin9batchesofsapleswere （20号 56.76% ， 4.11% ， 0.16% ， 11.75% ，the average content of volatile oil was 0.242% ．The average content of quercetin was （2号 0.192% .Conclusion Thisstudyprovidesabasisfortheformulationofstandards forCacumen Platycladirecens，and establishesreasonable limits for the content of moisture，total ash，extract，volatile oil and quercitrin.
