Abstract：ObjectiveToclarifytheorigin，identification pointsandDNA barcodesequenceinformationof Swertiabimaculate herba.Methods The macroscopicandmicroscopicidentificationof Swertiabimaculate herbawasstudiedusing stereomicroscopyandopticalmicroscopycombinedwithdigitalimagingtechology.AndthemoleculardentificationofthisdugwasstudiedusingDAbarcoding technologyResultsThreweresigiiantdiferenesintecharacte，speciall，tepurposeofteientificationtoufiding thecharacteristisofflowers（caly，orollatioofalytoorollandmaculargands，etc.）combinedwitheidentictionts of rots，stemsandotherpartscanbeachieved.TheDNAbarcodeidentificationresultsof9batchesofSwertia bimaculatemedicinal materialswereconsistent，itsITS2sequencescouldbecompared to Swertiabimaculata（Sieb.etZucc.）Hook.f.etThoms.exC. B.Clarke in the GenBank database，and the consistency is 100% .NJ trees can identifyallthe Swertia bimaculate herba material gather inonebranch，whichpresenttheobvious monophly.Conclusion Themainpointsof themacroscopicandmicroscopicidentification ofSwertiabimaculateherbandtheinformationofS2sequences，whichprovidingbasisfortecharacteridengtficationicrosopicidentification，and DNA barcode identification of Swertia bimaculate herba is clarified.

獐牙菜之名始载于明代《救荒本草》，《四部医典》亦有记录，《湖北省中药材质量标准》收录獐牙菜（Swertiabimaculata）为龙胆科植物獐牙菜Swertia bimaculata（Sieb.etZucc.）Hook.f.etThoms.exC.B.Clarke的干燥全草。（剩余5544字）
