Application Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions in Patients with Postmenopausal Vaginal Bleeding

Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzetheaplicationvalueoftransvagialultrasoundinthediagnosisfendometriallesionsinpatientswith postmenopausaialedingetodsroebarytJuayatitsitosmeopsalginalbedigddrl lesionsdiagosdandtreatedinWan'anCountyeoplesHospitalwerestedastesearchectsAllpatientseregiventrasginal ultrasoundeamatioandpathooicaleaiatioausdasteoldsadardtojudgethedagosticvaueoftrasaginalod examination.ResultsAogtaits，46ssflsiosssofdoetralhplasiasesofuteisd casesofedoetralpolsredagoedaseniggopnd4sesofaligantlesios（doeralancer）erediagosedsalint group.Theresatereeieaeosaltidassdeviditydritwntigodt malignant group（ P>0.05） .Thebloodflowresistanceindex，peaksystolicvelocityandpulsatilityindexinthebenigngroupwerehigherthanthosein the malignant group（ P <0.05）.Among 6O patients，the diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound was86.67 % .Conclusion In the diagosisofdoaeaalsalodielifd acuracyofdiseasedagosisisgherMeanilethspecificiagingfeaturescnefectivelyidentftediseasesituationofpatientswih endometrial lesions，provide reference for disease treatment，and is worthy of clinical use.

绝经后阴道出血（postmenopausalvaginalbleeding）患者子宫内膜病变在妇科领域属于常见病变类型，该疾病种类具有复杂性，常见的疾病种类有子宫内膜息肉、子宫黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜癌等，这些疾病不仅会出现白带异常、月经失调、阴道出血、疼痛等症状表现，甚至随着病情的发展，还会导致疾病恶化，危害患者生命安全，故应该加强疾病诊治。（剩余4654字）
