Abstract：OjetieTxploreelicaldfeyfancalventilatioomidihefoperesubtamSint ofrespiratoryfailure（F）.MetodsFromJanuary221toDecember202，ORFpatientsadmitedtoXunuCountyPeople'sHospitalwere selectedandrandldidditootoloppatients）ndseatiogrouOatis）.eontrolgouastreatedithcal ventilationndetiosadicallobditalslodsel oxygensaturOdeO）bidee cellountacieeallalidedo Results The clinical effective rateof the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P <0.05）.After 3days of treatment，SpO 12 and PaO2 were increased and PaCO2 was decreased in the two groups，and Sp（ ）2 and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and PaCC ′2 was lower than that in the control group （ P< 0.05）.After7 days of treatment，the WBC and CRP levels were significantly reduced in twogroupsthanthosebeforetreatment，whiletheobservationgrouphadlowerWBCandCRPlevelsthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（ P<0.05 ）.The mechanicalventilationtimeand hospitalizationtimeoftheobservation group were shorterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup（ P<0.05） .The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05） .Conclusion Mechanical ventilation combined with CS is effetivntetreamntofhihcanottedsatusofatintsdowgulateheiriflmmatoicatoete mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time，and reduce the risk of complications.
