Abstract：OeiTexplotfiualaalgsiaaentpcueitealsestsiatdofortfts undergoingpailsseliveyetodsFroJarytoJararrtsoladtdeilesslgli CountyMatealndChildalthospitaleseleedsthseahectsTyedidtogopA（Oprurnts）dgouB（ parturients） by random number table method.Group A was treated with L1-2 epidural puncture and catheterization anesthesia，and group B was treated with L2-3 epiduralpuncturedaeterzationestsiaTheseticctisuallogueScalesettiofalgesiaoaf analgesicugsineatelfort’sfortausale（Qatalaoedeeacof comparedbetwenthetogoupsResultsTheVAScoreofthetwogousat15innd3Oinafterepiduraladministrtioerloertha those before analgesia （ P< 0.05），buttherewasnosignificantdifferenceinVASscorebetweenthetwogroups （P>O.O5）.Theonsettimeofanalgesiain groupAwas shorterthanthat ingroup B，and thedosageof analgesicdrugs inpumpwas lessthan that in group B（ P< 0.05）.The GCQ score of group B was higher than that of group A（ P<0.05 ），buttherewasno significantdifference inApgar score betweenthe two groups（ P>0.05 ）.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was higher than that in group B （ P< 0.05）.Conclusion Epidural analgesia at L1-2 and L2-3 puncture intervals can provide efectivealssdegseeisfompablelossd less medication，the latter has better comfort and safety.

硬膜外镇痛（epiduralanalgesia）为产科常用分娩镇痛方式，可经硬膜外腔注入局麻药物，利用药物在硬膜外腔的扩散机制，阻滞脊神经根，达到麻醉镇痛目的，以减轻产妇疼痛，改善其分娩舒适度[2]。（剩余5516字）
