Abstract：ObectieTexploretheclicalefacyofSuanguangianoralliquidcombinedwithanitidinehdrochloideijectiointe treatmentoforalulcedtsectoCndIL6levelsMetosFroOctoertoOctoer，sitypatientsialed tourhospitalreiddtotrolouduyouodgtodberabletd，Oisoupol group，patientsretreatediiidiedroclodeetiohileieudoupatintseretreatedittidinee injectioncodiagliqalactooeliote ulcers）， werecomparedetentetogoupsResultsheotalfetitoftreatmentinteudygoupashghertanthatintheotolgoup P< 0.05）.Comparedieoopeoferfatioeoteaeeleerinhoe lower after treatment（ P< 0.05）.Compared withthecontrol group，thesymptoms disappearedandthehealingtimeoforalulcerinthestudygroup was shorter（ P< 0.05）.After treatment，the study group showed lower pain score than that of the control group（ P<0.05） .Compared with the control group， thelevelsofIL-6and CRPin thestudy group werelower（ P<0.05） .Conclusion Forpatientswith oral ulcer，Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined withranitidinehdroclodeeisiitelcalcharomoteeapidalingofleroudsucetif patients，improve theirclinical symptoms，andreduce the inflammatory response.Itis worthyofapplication.
