Effect of Single-hole Thoracoscopic Radical Resection ofLung Canceron Clinical Effect and Inflammatory Factors in ElderlyPatients with NSCLC

Abstract：ObjectieTeethtofgeoleracospicdicaleseoofngceocalfacydiaaocto inelderlypatientshosmallellungancer（SCC）MethdsAotaofOlderlypatientsithCCdmitdtoestple's HospitalfZunyifromAugustOtoAugust4wereseletedstheresearchbjectsTheyeredividedintocontroloupdstudyoupby randomumbertabledititsichopotrolosteatedwitoetaltoacoofodialof lungcancereudoasreaedigoleoracoicdicalstioogerhropeatieeaode （opetioniee （CRP），tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF-α），interleukin-6 （IL-6），interleukin-8 （IL-8）]，immune function indexes [ratio of CD4 f+ Tcells to CD8 + Tcells （CD4CD8*）bgo）dii）at second（FEV）FEVFVCreopaedetwnthetwgrousResultseitraoperativebloodlossndainageoueoftesudou werelessthanthoseoftecontrolgoup，andthecatheterizationtiendhospitalizationtieerelowerthantoseoftheotrolgoup（ P⋅ <0.05）， while there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups （ P> 0.05）.Theinflammatoryfactorindexes（CRP，TNF- α ，IL-6，IL8）ofthetwogrousatfeatioegtnoatforeeratiouttatorctordees ∇⋅α∝ ，IL6，IL-8）of the study group at7days after operation were lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05 .The immune function indexes （CD4+/CD8+， IgAIgG）oftooooite IgA，IgG）of the study group at7days after operation were higher than those of the control group （ P< 0.05）.ThelevelsofFVCandFVCat7daysafter operationinthetwogouperelowethaoeatdaeerationdheveofVCwasrtanatataortio butthelevelsofFVC，FVCandFEV/FVCat7daysafteroperationinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（ P <0.05）.

ConclusionSingleoletoracosopicdicalresectionoflungcnceraneduceitraoperativeblodlossanddinagevolueoten catheterizatodialioioutodniodutotitopol patients with NSCLC.It is worthy of clinical application.
