Clinical Value of CT Quantitative Analysis of Functional Small Airways andPulmonaryVesselsintheEarlyDiagnosisofCOPD

Abstract:ObectieTinvestigatethlicalvalueoffunctioalalliaydulmonaryascularCuantativenalysisinly diagnosisofCOMethodsFromMay1toApril224,58patientswithsuspectedCOhoeretreatedinuzouHospitalfGaoaCity and58healhbetsitpdeeseahtsndedineoolo respectively.Theparameterresponseiagram(R)andpumonaryvascularparametersoftheoleungerequantitativelymeasuredinoth groups.The PRM parameters [emphysema volume (PRMV kmphysem ),functional small airwayvolume (PRMV ,normal partial lung volume (PRMV Noma ) and its volume percentage (%)- and pulmonaryvascularparameters[numberofpulmonaryvessels(N),numberofsmall vesels withcross-sectional area <5mm2(N-(SA<5))] at6,9,12,15,18,21and24mmfromthe wholelung tothepleura werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Thediagnostic valueofPRMparametersasculararameesndtheirombinationforarlyOPwasanalydResultsTelevelsofRMV (2 PRMVEnphysema% and PRMV fsAD% inthestudygroup were higherthan those in thecontrol group,whilethelevelsof PRMV Nomal and PRMV Nomal% were lower than those in thecontrol group( P<0.05) .When the wholelung was6mm and9mm from the pleura,the levelsof Nand N-∞a< in the study group were lower than those in the control group ( P< 0.05).When the whole lung was12,15,18,21and 24 mm away from the pleura,the levelsof Nand N-CsA< inthe study group were higher than thosein the control group( P<0.05 ).Thesensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positivepredictive valueand negative preditivealueofantiativenalysisoffnctioalsallaiaydpumoarysulaCiheiagosisfOereighettoef PRM parameters and vascular parameters alone ( P<0.05 .Conclusion CT quantitative analysis offunctional small airways and pulmonary vessels has ahighclincalueiosisOtegiaiaiaeeofcaall pulmonary vessels in COPD patients,and provideobjective basis for individualized evaluationand treatment.
