Study on the Safety and Efficacy of Intravenous Pre-injection of Low-dose Norepinephrine inPainless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy in the Elderly

Abstract：ObectiveTanalethefetydefcacyofintraveousprenjetionoflowdoseorepiephineinpainlessstotestial endoscopyitelderlyMetosAtotalofOlderlypatitsouderwentpainlessastoopyinicngoutyPeoplestalfrom JanuaryO21tDecemer3ereeletedstseachetsAcodttdmumberablemethodtyerediidditootrol groupandstdyoihitschop.hotrolgousivenitraeousietoofofoldteudosie intravenous injection of low-dose norepinephrine configured with 5% glucose before intravenous injection of propofol.The anesthesia effect （anesthesia inductionl）i diastolibo betwntheosusctiialaid the study group were lower than those in the control group P<0.05） .The sedative effect of the study group wasbetter than that of the control group （ P< 0.05）.Afterexamiatio，tstolicblodpresureanddastolicbloodpresureinthesdygopereghertantoseinthotolgoup the heartratewaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup，andtheoxygensaturationwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ P< 0.05）.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group （ P< 0.05）.Conclusion Intravenous pre-injection of low-dose norepinephrine iseciieiad and good application value.

临床上对患有胃肠道疾病的患者均采用胃肠镜检查进行确诊给与相应诊治，但是常规胃肠镜检查的时间较长，患者承受的痛苦较多，也常常出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛等不良反应。（剩余6309字）
