Thcontroloupsraeditboalgesithistaeofbodtdyouastreateditabalgsiainleaf laborTefoslitidda timeofchobofiaobodaobodaoboaloueeeslo preure（ reaction（ausiingota）ereopadtoosesultsinosfalytieageattie second stageof laborand third stageof laborin thestudy group were lower than thosein thecontrol group（ P <0.05）.The first stageof labor，the secondstageoflabor，thethirdstageoflaborandthetotaltageoflaborinthestudygroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolroup（ P< 0.05）.The levelsofSBPandDineudygoupereoertatoseineotrlgoup（OO）.eicidenefdverseouosindygoup was 6.67% ，whichwaslower than 23.33% in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Therewasno significant differencein theincidence of adverse reactions between the two groups P>0.05） .ConclusionCompared withlaboranalgesiainthe firststageof labor，laboranalgesiainthe whole stageoflaboris moreffectiveinsortenigthestageoflaboaintainingstablebloodpresureandimprovingpregancyoutcome，andhashigfety
