“胸痛中心”是为降低以急性心肌梗死为代表的心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率而提出的概念，建立胸痛中心，可使胸痛患者鉴别时间有效缩短，提高诊断、分诊、转运效率，在最短时间内为患者行再灌注治疗，可有效提高急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者抢救成功率[1-4]。（剩余5687字）
