Study on the Curative Effect of Traditional Decoction and Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Granules of Xiaowei Formula in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract：ObjetiveToanalyetheclinicalefcacyoftraditioaldecoctionandhinesemedicineforulagraulesofXiaoweifoulainthe treatmentfocrocgastrisethsAotalof6atintsiocropcgstrisdtLcanoutolpal fromJanuary2toJuary24eeseletedsteeseachectsndeyeedvidedintocontrolroundudyouooe randomumbertableetodithatitsichoupothopseretreatediotioalstedicieotoloas treatedwithXiaowedecoctiooteasisfoventioalwesteedicie.TestudyopstreatedithCineseedicifoulaalesf Xiaoweifolsislatidossi andacidrefluxupsetandfatigue，emaciation）andinflammatoryfactorlevelsseruminterleukin-4（I-4），umrnecrosisfctor ∇⋅α∝ （TNF- ∇⋅α∝ ），Creactiveprotein（R）wereompadetwntheogoupsesultstotaltietfreamntineudoupasgaat in the control group（ P<0.05） .Aftertreatment，thescores of TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those inthe control group P<0.05） ， andthelevels of inflammatory factorswere lower than thosein the control group （ P< 0.05）.Conclusion Chinesemedicine formula granules of Xiaowei forulahasadfiiteetinetreatentofoictroicgastrisichcapoethicalsoddueefto response of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
