Clinical Efficacy of Recombinant Human Interferon αα2b Injection in the Treatment of ChildrenwithHerpetic Angina and itsEffecton InflammatoryResponse

Abstract：ObjetieTalelicalacofcobantatefeototraeofia anditsefectoifaatosposeethdsAtotalof6dreithpeticgindiedtoagoountytealdld HealthHospitalfroJaryOtougstetedsthsechetscodingtotndomumberableetdtye dividedintootoseatioopiteiachoupotroouastreaeditued observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b injection.The clinical efficacy，inflammatory factor levels [C-reactive protein （CRP），serumamyloid A （SAA），interleukin-6 （IL-6），interferon- γ （INF- -γ ），interleukin- 1β （IL-1β）]，symptom relief time （sore throat relief time， antipyetictdd between thetwo groups.ResultsThe total effectiverateof treatment in theobservationgroup（ 96.97% ）was higher than thatinthecontrol group （75.76 % ）（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of CRP，SAA，IL-6，INF- γ and IL- 1β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment，and the levels of CRP，SAA，IL-6，INF- γ and IL- 1β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The pharyngeal pain relieftie，tieicliolideoeoio （P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（ 3.03% ）was lower than that in the control group （21.21 % ）（ P <0.05）. Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α2b injection hasa definite clinical efect in the treatment of herpeticangina inchildren.It canshorten theinflammatoryresponse of patients，accelerate theremission time of patients'symptoms，and has high safety.
