[Abstract] Unilateral spatial neglect (USN) is a common cognitive disorder after stroke.Although brain computer-interface (BCI) technology has achieved successin limb motor dysfunction after stroke,theresearch on rehabilitationof USN after stroke is still in the exploratory stage.This article focuses on the mechanismof poststroke USN and the related research on the application of non-invasive BCI technology dedicated to cognitive rehabilitation,withthefocusontheresearchof visualatentiondisorder,hoping toprovidethinkingandreference for the research of BCI on the rehabilitation treatment of post-stroke USN patients.

脑卒中是发病率、死亡率及致残率均高的脑血管疾病之一,单侧空间忽略(USN)是脑卒中幸存者常见的复杂的视空间注意障碍及行为异常,所有脑卒中幸存者USN的发生率为 25%~30% ,而右脑半球卒中幸存者USN的发生率高达 50%[1] ,其特征为患者不能将注意力集中到病灶对侧,即不能检测或响应位于病灶对侧的刺激,也无法有目的地使用这些信息,阅读时忽略病灶对侧的字,不知道穿病灶对侧衣服、吃病灶对侧盘中的食物,步行时病灶对侧身体碰撞门窗及树木等,严重影响患者感觉、运动、认知及日常生活。(剩余10037字)
