[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the efectof probioticscombined with quadruple therapyinthe treatment of patientswith Helicobacter pylori （ HP ）positive gastric ulcer.Method：A total of 1O3 patientswith Hp positive gastric ulcer admited tothe Maternityand Child Health Hospitalof Jianand Ji'anCentral People'sHospital from January 2O2O to December 2O21 were included as theresearch subjects and divided into groupA （n=51）and group B 0 n =52） by the random number table method.The group A was treated with quadruple therapy，and the group B was treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules on the basis of group A.Both groups were treated for 14 days， and thenacid suppressants were continued to be taken for2 weeks.The therapeutic effct， gastric mucosal function， inflammation-related indicatorsandadversereactions ofthe two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A（ P <0.05）.Compared withbefore treatment，after treatment， the levels of pepsinogen II（PGII），serumamyloid A （SAA）， IL-17and procalcitonin （PCT） inboth groups decreased，the levels ofPGI，SAAandIL-17 in group B werelower than those ingroup A，the pepsinogen I （PGI），somatostatin （SS）levels in both groups increased，and those in group B were higher than those in group A（ P <0.05）. There was no statisticallysignificant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P >0.05）.

Conclusion：Probiotics combined with quadruple therapy is efective in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer， which can improve gastric mucosal function and inflammation-related indicators，and has good safety.
