[Abstract]Objective： To examine the effect of pain nursing combined with dialling points Tongluo massage on pain degree，psychological state and activity of daily living of patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis. Method： A totalof 8Opatients with periarthritis humeroscapularis who treatedatthe Department of Rehabilitation II， Ganzhou Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2O22 to April 2O24 were selected，they were divided into the control group （routine nursing， n=39 ） and the study group （pain nursing combined with dialling points Tongluo massage， n=41 ） according to different nursing methods， two groups were nursing for1 month.The shoulder joint function，pain degree， psychological state and activity of daily living were compared between two groups.Result： After nursing， the scores of Constant-Murley score （CMS）， Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale （CD-RISC）and Barthel index in two groups were higher than those before nursing，and those in thestudy group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. After nursing，the VAS scores of two groups were lower than those before nursing，and that in the study group waslower than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Pain nursing combined with dialling points Tongluo massage for patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis is helpful to improve shoulder joint function，reduce shoulder pain degree，enhance psychological elasticity and improve activity of daily living.
