[Abstract]Objective：To explore the application effctofincisionof tooth mark inpit viperbite.Method：A total of 80 patients with pit viper biteadmited to Departmentof Carbuncle and Ulcers，Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2O23 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number method.The control group（ n =40） received conventional treatmentof integration of traditionaland western medicine，andthestudy group （n=4O） was treated with incisionof tooth mark onthe basis of thecontrol group.Theclinicaleficacy，degreeoflimbswelling，painconditionandlevelsof inflammatoryfactorsof thetwo groups were evaluated.Result： The total efective rate of the study group was higher than thatof the control group （ P <0.05）.Before treatment，there were no statisticallysignificant diffrences in theproportion of1，2，and3 degree swelling between the two groups （ P> 0.05）.After treatment，theproportion of O degree swelling inthe study group was higher than that in the control group，and the proportion of1 degreeswelling was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.Before treatment，there was no statistically significant diffrence in the VAS scores between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）. After treatment， the VAS scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.Before treatment，there were no statistically significant differences in WBC and CRP between the two groups （ P- >0.05）.After treatment，WBC and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group.
