[Abstract]Frailtyin theelderly and cognitive impairment，as core health issues inaging societies，have significantsynergisticeects，exacerbatingtherisksoffalls，disabilityanddeath.However，theircombinedimpact on health outcomes has not been thoroughly studied. Understanding the interplaybetween the two is crucial for developing effective interventionsand improving the health of older adults.Thisarticle will review their concepts， epidemiological characteristics，joint effects，and health outcomes.
