[Abstract]Objective: To explore the application of stereotactic technology in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage related to anticoagulant or antithrombotic drugs.Method: A total of 66 patients with cerebral hemorrhagerelated toanticoagulantorantithromboticdrugsadmitedto Jiujiang UniversityAffiliated Hospital from January 2O19 to April 2O24 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into group A (treated with smallbone window craniotomyandendoscopic hematoma evacuation,n=22),group B (treated withCTsimple positioning puncture technique, n =22) and group C (stereotactic technology for puncture treatment, n =22). The positioning accuracy,hematoma evacuation speed,size of cerebral edema area,Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score, lengthofhospitalstaymortalityrate,disabilityrateandrebleedingrateofthethreegroupswereevaluated.Result:The positioning accuracy,hematoma emptying speed andGCS score in group C were allhigher than those ingroup A and groupB,andthose in groupBwere allhigher than thoseingroupA,thediferences were statisticallysignificant 0 P-
