[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the application effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist （GnRH-a） combined with Dienogest sequential therapy in patients with endometriosis after operation.Method：A total of 102 patients with endometriosis who admited to the Departmentof Gynecology，Ganzhou Womenand Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2O21 to January 2O23 were included inthis study，the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method，51 cases ineach group.All patients were givenlaparoscopic surgery，the control group was given subcutaneous injection of Goserelinafter operation，and the observationgroup was givenoral administrationof Dienogestonthe basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups werecompared，and the sex hormonelevels，antigen levels [carbohydrate antigen 19-9 （CA19-9）， carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125）]， COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale （CMSS）score，endometriosis health profile-3O （EHP-30） score before and after treatmentof two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the sex hormone levels，antigen levels，CMSS score and EHP-3O score in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：Dienogest combined with GnRH-a sequential therapy in patients with endometriosis after operation can improve the clinical effect，improve the sex hormone level， antigen level and dysmenorrhea symptoms，and then improve the quality of life.
