[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of psychological nursing under the narrative medical model combined with progressve relaxation training on parturients with premature rupture of membranes.Method：A total of 72 women with premature rupture of membranes treated in Shougang Shuigang Hospital from August 2022 to September 2O23 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group （ n= ：36）received routine care，and the observation group （ n =36） implemented the psychological nursing under the narrative medical model combined with progressive relaxation training on the basis of the control group.The emotional status， psychological resilience，crisisresponseability，qualityof life，and adverse pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared. Result： The SAS， SDS and crisis response ability scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，all scores inthe Connor-Davidson resilience scale（CD-RISC）and the SF-36 were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups （ P >0.05）.Conclusion：The application of psychological nursing under the narrative medical model combined with progressive relaxation training is remarkable，whichcan promote the improvement of maternal emotional state，improve the psychological resilience， enhance the abilityof crisis response，reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancyoutcomes，and improve the quality of life.
