Abstract: Split-type vortex-shedding flowmeters are metrological instruments used for measuring the flow of liquids andgases.Withtheir flexiblestructuraladvantages,theyare widely aplied incomplex industrial scenarios.Theiraccuracy andreliabilityare directlyrelated tothe fairnessof trade settementsand the precisecontrolof production processes.As instrumentationtechnologydevelops,theirsplit-typedesignandtraditionalverificationmodelsfacemultiplerisksandthreats. Toaddress riskchaenges,thispaperconductsani-depthanalysisofadvancedintellgenttampering tchniquesandpotential vulnerabilities inlinkssuchassignaltransmision,sensorbodies,andsecondary instruments,studiesand proposesan“indepthdefense”styleadvancedanti-tamperingtechnologythatintegratessignalencryptionandinteligentdetectionofabnormal behaviors,and constructs athre-in-one protectionsystemof“technology-management-ruleoflaw”,providing forwardlooking technicalideasformetrologicalistitutions,eergynterprises,istrumentmanufacturers,andregulatoryutoities.
