Research on Design and Calibration of Ship-borne Annular Phased Array Antenna Shape Detection System

Abstract:Aimingattheshape detectionrequirementsof typical ship-borneannular phasedarryantenna,adetection system is designedinthispaper.The systemuses thearticulatedarmrobottodrivethethree-dimensionalopticalscanning probe for measurement,andatthesametime,thespatialpositionandatitudeoftheprobearepositiondbyavisual trackingscheme composedoffourcameras.Byoptimizing thecamera layout scheme,the measurement spaceis maximizedunder the premise ofensuring the trackingandpositioningaccuracy.Acording tothesystemrequirements,animprovedcalibrationalgorithmis proposed.Whileensuringthecalibrationaccuracythespeedandacuracyofthesystemcalibrationaresignificantlyimprovedby optimizingthealgorithmfow,improving thedesignofthemarkerpointarangementandsimplifyingthecalibrationsteps.The digital simulation experiment shows that the system has high measurement accuracy and strong feasibility.
