Design and Implementation of the Performance Management Platform for Water Conservancy Development Fund

Abstract： Performance management of water conservancy development funds is a key link in improving the implementation effectof waterconservancyprojects and theeffciencyoffundutilization.Toaddressthecurrnt sues such aslowdatareporting effciencyandgreat dificultiesin qualitycontrolinthe performance managementof waterconservancy development funds in Guangdong Province，this paper adopts amicroservice-based software development method to design andimplementadatacollction，reporting，qualityinspectionandaudit platformfor the performance managementof water conservancy developmentfunds.Byintegratingfunctional modules including projectreserve management，performancetarget management，operation monitoring management，performance evaluation management and evaluation result fedback，the platformrealizesanintegrated management modeloffilingreporting，supervisingand evaluating.Basedonrule-driven online qualityinspectionandauditservices，iteffctivelyimprovestheeffciencyofperfomancemanagementdatacollectionandthe reliabilityofresultqualityprovidingstrongtechicalsupportforthesientificmanagementandprecisedecision-makingofwater conservancy development funds in Guangdong Province.
