Research on Operator Fatigue Evaluation Method in Field Environment

Abstract:This paper combines information technologywithfatigueassssment,and proposes acomprehensive evaluation method foroperatorfatigueinafeldenvironmentbasedonobjectivedataandsubjectiveevaluationdataofsurfaceEMGsignals. Firstly,thecommonmethodsofEMGsignalsforfatigueevaluationaresortedout.SecondlytheEMGsignalsareprocessedand analyzedbyusingthecommoncharacteristicparameters,includingintegratedElectromyogram(iEMG),MedianFrequency(MF), andMeanPowerFrequency(MPF),toobjectivelycharacterizethelocal musclefatigue stateofthebody.It providesafusion algorithmcombiningsubjectiveandobjectivedatabasedonfatiguequestionnaireevaluationitems.Finalydataacqusitionand applicationverificationarecariedout incombination with thehuman-machineergonomic evaluationtestofacertainequipment. Theresultsshowthat this methodcanobjectivelycharacterize thfatigue levelofoperators inthefieldenvironment.Atthesame time,combined withthedataanalysisandprocessinginthetestproess,theideaoffurteroptiizationandimprovementisput forward.

操作人员疲劳评价作为工效学领域人-机-环系统可用性和有效性评估的一项重要内容,当前主要测试评价的方法包括通过问卷或面谈的主观评估、通过身体生理指标测量(如脑电、心电、眼动、肌电等)的客观评估以及多指标相结合的综合评估等。(剩余7210字)
