Abstract: Current key problems include severe data silos, insufficient spatial precision,and lagging dynamic updates, whichtraditional GIS systems and manual management models struggle toadressforlane-level refined management and real-timedecision-making demands.A systematic solution is developed whichis based on high-precision map technology, incorporating multi-snsorcollborativecolection,DeepLearning-drivenmulti-modaldatafusion,hybridspatiotepoal database architecture,and dynamic incremental update mechanisms.By combining LiDAR and GNSS/IMU for centimeterlevelroadnetworkmodeing,emanticsgmentationmodelsforintellgentdiseaseidentification,andconstructingsadadzed datagovermance frameworks,the system shortens thedata update cycle tothehour-level through 5Gand edge computing technologies.Theresearchdemonstratesthatthis systemefectivelyresolves multi-source heterogeneousdata integration problems,enhances the transparencyofroad network aset management and eficiencyofoperationand maintenance,and providestechicalsupportfortedigitalizationofallelementsoftransportationifrasucture,ofengsignifcantpracticalvalue for advancing smart transportation development.
