Abstract： The paper proposes a construction plan for an integrated platform for scientific research management services basedondigitaltasformationesponsetoteentallngescedbyversitiesinul-amuscolboatidata sharing，andserviceeffciency.Bybuildingadigital management systemthatcovers theentire lifecycleofsientificresearch projects，integratingfunctionalmodules suchasprojectmanagement，funding procesing，anddata analysis，itachieves the rengineeingofscientificresearchbusinessprocesss andthe interchangeandsharingofdata.Theresearchresults indicate that theplatformcanefectively improvetheeffciencyofscientificresearchmanagement，shortenthebusinessapprovalcycleby more than 50% ，and significantly improve the scientific research service experience for teachersand students.At the same time， thescientificresearchdataassetlibraryestablishedbytheplatformprovidesdatasupportfordecision-makinginshooldisipline construction，talentevaluation，andresourealocation，andhasimportantpracticalvalueinpromotingthemodeiation transformation of scientific research management in universities.
