Abstract： To adressthe rapid mappng requirements for arbitrary regions and scales in emergencymap support tasks，this study proposes a framework design solution fora thematic map rapid maping system based on database mode.Byconstructing anintegratedsoution incorporatingaspatial databaseintellgent engine，multi-levelinkageupdate mechanisms，anddyamic symbolizationmodules，thesystemachievesautomatedend-to-end processingfromfoundationalgeographicdatapreprocessingand intellgentmapcompostiontostandardizedmappingproductoutputThepaperelaboratesontheoveralldesignoftheapidmapping system，thedatastructureofthemapspatialdatabase，andauxiliaryfunctionssuchasmulti-levellinkageupdateofdatabase.The practice demonstratesthatthesystem efectivelysolvesbotlenecksitraditional mappingworkflows，includingdatardundancy standardizationinconsistencies，andupdatedelays，whilesignificantlyehancingmappingfiency.Theresearchresutsproidea novel technical paradigm for intelligent geo-information mapping and have significant enginering application values.
