Abstract： Inresponse tothe nationalsecurity strategyof independent and controlabledevelopment，all industrisand fields are vigorouslycarrying out theconstructionand aplication of information systems based on domestic platforms.As anindispensablepartofthedailybusinessmanagementof themilitarygovernment，enterprisesandpublicinstitutions，offce systems have becomeoneofthekey prioritiesofdomesticsubstitutionThisstudyaims toexplorethedesignand implementation ofahighlyavailableoficesystembasedonfullyindependentandcontrollabledomesticplatforms.Bycombiningthetechnical characteristicsofteplatfos，itsdiesfeasiblesolutionsfoimproingrelabilitsalabilitypeformaneandptiinguser experience，andprovides techncalsolutions withhighreferencevalueforprojectconstructioninrelatedfelds，oastootibute to the comprehensive realization of the goal of domestic substitution.
