Abstract: In the process of digital transformation of manufacturing industry,enterprises introduce Manufacturing Execution System(MES)to improve thelevelof workshop production management,but there are many problems when it is usedinparalelwiththeexistingEnterpriseResourePlanning (ERP)system.Thispaperfocusesonthis,anddeplyanalyzes theproblemsofrepeatedentryofarchivaliformatio,inconsistentproductionoderiformation,andasychronousispction information,andtheirserious impactontheacuracyofenterprisedataandthesmoothness ofbusiess proceses.Inviewof the above problems,theintegrationoptimzationstrategyofMESandERPsystemiselaboratedindetailincludingclarifying theintegrationgoalandsope,selectingstandardizedinterfaceandotherintegrationtechnologies,andformulatingrigorousdata synchronizationrules.The actualcase analysis shows that the enterprisehasachievedremarkableresults in humancostcontrol, dataaccuracyimprovement,busiesscollborationefencyotization,adprouctqualityontroleancementftetem integration,whichprovidesavalableeferenceformanufacturingeterpises tosolvemulti-systemcollborationproblems,nd helps enterprises to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in digital transformation.
