Abstract： In the process of digital transformation of manufacturing industry，enterprises introduce Manufacturing Execution System（MES）to improve thelevelof workshop production management，but there are many problems when it is usedinparalelwiththeexistingEnterpriseResourePlanning （ERP）system.Thispaperfocusesonthis，anddeplyanalyzes theproblemsofrepeatedentryofarchivaliformatio，inconsistentproductionoderiformation，andasychronousispction information，andtheirserious impactontheacuracyofenterprisedataandthesmoothness ofbusiess proceses.Inviewof the above problems，theintegrationoptimzationstrategyofMESandERPsystemiselaboratedindetailincludingclarifying theintegrationgoalandsope，selectingstandardizedinterfaceandotherintegrationtechnologies，andformulatingrigorousdata synchronizationrules.The actualcase analysis shows that the enterprisehasachievedremarkableresults in humancostcontrol， dataaccuracyimprovement，busiesscollborationefencyotization，adprouctqualityontroleancementftetem integration，whichprovidesavalableeferenceformanufacturingeterpises tosolvemulti-systemcollborationproblems，nd helps enterprises to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in digital transformation.
