摘 要:本文通过对宁夏农村消费者食品安全实地调查,进一步分析农村食品安全问题及原因,并提出相关对策,提升农村消费群体食品安全意识,为践行“健康中国2030”战略奠定基础。

Research on Rural Food Safety Issues from the Perspective of Consumers

——Based on the Survey of Rural Consumers in Ningxia

Abstract: This paper further analyzes the problems and causes of rural food safety through the field investigation of food safety among rural consumers in Ningxia, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the food safety awareness of rural consumer groups and lay a foundation for the implementation of the “Healthy China 2030” strategy.
