食品安全国家标准GB 2763—2021对茶叶的新要求

摘 要:新标准GB 2763—2021增加了81种农药残留和2 985项最大残留限量,增幅分别为17%、42%。本文梳理了新标准对茶叶农残限量的新要求,对比了《国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则》(2020—2022年版)茶叶中农残检验项目的变化,旨在为茶叶产业的发展提供参考。

New Requirements for Tea in National Food Safety Standard GB 2763—2021

Abstract: The new standard GB 2763—2021 increased 81 pesticide residues and 2 985 maximum residue limits, an increase of 17%, 42%, respectively. This paper summarizes the new requirements of GB 2763—2021 on the limit of pesticide residues in tea, and compares the changes in the inspection items of pesticide residues in tea in the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the National Food Safety Supervision and Random Inspection” (version 2020—2022), aiming to provide reference for the development of the tea industry.
