基层餐饮服务食品安全监管现状分析

摘 要:食品安全直接影响到人们的生命财产安全。因此,市场监管部门要切实发挥自身监管责任,通过开展食品安全检查工作,严格规范基层餐饮服务单位的食品安全。本文结合基层餐饮服务食品安全现状,分析目前我国食品安全监管面临的困境,多措并举促进我国食品安全监督管理效率的提高。

Analysis of the Current Situation of Food Safety Supervision and Administration in Basic Food and Beverage Services

Abstract: Food safety directly affects the safety of people’s lives and property. Therefore, market supervision departments should effectively play their regulatory responsibilities and strictly regulate the food safety of grassroots food service units by carrying out food safety inspection work. This paper combines the current situation of food safety in grassroots food service, analyzes the current dilemma faced by China’s food safety supervision, and takes multiple measures to promote the improvement of the efficiency of China’s food safety supervision and management.
