Abstract：Asapivotalspatialvehicledriigregionalhgqualityevelopment，thesynergisticelationshipetweenindustiand spatiallayoutinaiporteconomiczonesholdssignificantimplicationsforehancingregionalfunctionalityandoptizingresoure allcation.Takingthe Jinzhou Bay AirportEconomic Zone inDalianas the studyarea，thisresearchemploysPOIdataandaplies theaveragenearestneigorindextoanalyetheagglomerationcharacteristicsofservice-oretedindustriessuhastraspotatio catering，andaloutbtnsaalaaioalsitiobetlyour aviationservces，odelstssiseiosdculalsetracteddolaglcidet trends.Thecouplingrelatioshipsandspatialdistributionfeaturesoftheseindustriesareexamied，withlayoutdeficieniesidetfd throughkerelsityaAteatedctorcpingevaooicasiivitydi acesibityisthenestablishd.UsingthAnalyticHerachyroess（A）spatalsuitabilityevaluationisonductedtoate clasifiedimageryforguidingindustrialsiteselection.Buildingonthisanalysis，optimizationstrategiesareproposedcenteringon an“axial-beltandclustered”spatialstructurewiththeairporthubasthecoreandcoastaldevelopmentzonesaskeycomponents. Strategiesadousspoloialsotigcilistl agglomeration.Thefindingsprovidetheoreticalandmethodologicalreferencesforhig-qualityspatialplaningintheJinzhouBay AirportEconomic Zone，whileofering transferable pathways for synergisticdevelopment insimilar airport-drivenregions.
