Abstract：Clarifying thebasiclogicanddirectionofthecurretagriculturallandsystemreformiscrucialforthecomprehensive revitalizationofruralareas，people’swellbingandsocialstabilityTisstudyusestheoreticalanalysisandinductivedduction methods tocomprehensivelysortoutthedevelopmentofChina’sagrculturallandpropertyrightssystem，andclarifythebasiclogic andorientationofChina’sagriculturalland propertyrightssystemreforinthenewera.Researchhasshown that：（1）Theproperty rights system ofagriculturalland inNew China hasundergoneanevolutionofcolective management，fmilymanagement，nd variousbusinessmodelsundertheownershipoffarmersanduralcollctives.Publicowershiphas greatlystabilizedthefoundationof agriculturalprodutioinia;（2）egtotiveowesofualadistottlfoepengfouder thebackgroundofompreesieuralvialaon，tefoofina’sagicultualndpropetyightsstemsillfacsallegs suchasintesifdotsetweepepledlanddlocistaiablelandse;tfturesede toinstitutionalconomic，andsociallogic，wesouldexplorerfoplansforteagricuturallandpropertyightssstefrote aspectsofimprovingthe“adjustingproftsbutnotland”modeloptimizingagriculturalsubsidymethods，andcorectlyhandlingthe relationshipbetweenstabilityandfexibility.Weshouldadheetotefudamentaldirectionofralcollctivendownersipfullplay its regulatoryrole，ensure fairness and efciency，and helppromote the comprehensiverevitalizationofruralareas.
