Abstract:Thestabilityevaluationofnaturalkarstcaves tobedevelopedwasofgreatsignifcaneforensuringengineringsafetyand geologicalenvoentalprotectio.Tispaprtookatpicalnaturalarstcaveinortheuangdongasteesearchbetlaser scaningtechnologywasemployedtoacquirehig-precisioncavemorphologydata,anda3Dsolidmodelofthecavewasestablished.A varietyfmethodswerecompreensielyutilizdtoanalyzeitsstabilityinetail.Qualittieandsemquantiatieanalysisaprochs wereusedtoiitiallyassessthecave'sstabilitybyconsideringboththegeologicalandspatialmorphologicalfeaturesofthecave. Meanwhile,thefiniteelementnumercalsimulatiometodwasadoptedtoomputeandanalzethestres,displacement,adplastic Zonedistributionofthecave under diferent working conditions.Bycomparingand analyzing thesimulation outcomes under various workingconditions,thestabilityofthecavewasevaluated.Teresearchfdingsshowedthatthenaturalkarstcavehadgoodoveal stabilityundethecurentstateNeverthele,tereereertainstresoncetrationndplasticdeformatiopenomeainsoeloal regions.Inresponsetothesepotentialunstablefactors,thispperputsfardcorspondingengineeingreinforcementsuggestions, providing a scientific basis for the subsequent development and utilization as wellas safety managementof the karstcaves.
