Abstract：Thedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces isanimportantbreakthroughandcorefocusforachievinghig-quality developent，andlandisthekeycoerstoneofthedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces.Basedonthis，thelogicalasoning methodisused toanalysis theinteallogicoflandpolicyinovatioand dvelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces，andexplore thecoespondingrealizationpathofnewqualityproductiveforces.Theresultsdemonstrate：（1）Theessenceoflandfactoroation is thedesignoflandpolicndthealocatinoffactorsisoptimedthoughlandpocyinnovationtomtthedevelopntdsf newqualitypoductiefs;（2）Landpocyovatiopromotessientificdtchologicaliovtioneatlyiproestotalfactor productivitytisustalcteliatedsrdstogialvoluaeaogti alocationofpouctionfctors，ndiepthdustrialtsfatioaduadingtoughlandurityactor‘leeaging‘ad regulatorycoordination;（3）Thepathoflandpolicyiovationiudesgdinglandpolicyinovationwithemandtimiigthe totalfactorcombatiowithte‘landman-money-productio‘sstevewacodingtoocalondiis，improingteece oflandpolicyinovationwithdigitalempowement，givingfullplaytotheegulatoryroleoflandspatialplaing，anddhngto theorganiccombinationofgovementregulationandmarketregulation;（4）Inthespecificlandpolicyiovation，tecontetofland policynovationandthecoespondingralzationpathsouldedeteminedaccodingtolocalconditinsontebasisoffollowingthe internalogicandcombiningwiththeintealdemandofnewqualityproductiveforcesfortheoptimizatiooflandfactorallocation.
