广西建设用地经济密度时空格局变化及影响因素分析

Abstract：Taking14prefecture-levelcitiesinGuangxi asthestudyarea，thisresearchsystematicallyanalyzesthespatiotemporal evolutioncharacterstisanddriving mechansmsofconstructionlandeconomicdensityin Guangxi from2007to2O22，employing methodsuchselsittiatioGstialasis，teeilidexintoratioieetate andgeographcaldetector.Themainconclusiosareasfolows：（1）Spatiotemporalpates：Theeconomicdensityofonstructioland in Guangxi exhibitedacontiuousupwardtrendoverallwithBeihaiandQinzhousowingparticularlysignifcantgrowthesatial disparity wasproouced，preetinga“highitesouthwest，lowinthastsatialpate.（2）Regioaldsparitis：Foto 2017，intra-reioalreceigidd，ileddtrndwl dispariescontiuedtopand，withotablevergenceineveloentates.Qinourecodedthghstrelativeeveloptate intheregion，thtisthatofGuilin3）Iuencgfactors：Eonomicevelopentlevel，urbazatioatendidustrialctue demonstrated strong explanatory power forconstructionland economic density.Among these，GDP per capita was the primarydriving factorhilethieactioetentasporatiacibilitydivesentosuptonevelsadtoestexlaoypowe. This ndicates tatthesynergisticefectofrgioaleconomicconditionsandfactorendowments playsaciticaloleinimprovglanduseeffciencyisstudyproides teorecalsupportandpracticaleferenesforotinglandusendpromotigcoodatedgioal development in Guangxi and similar regions.
