集体经营性建设用地入市对农户福利的影响研究

Abstract：Therefomofcolectivelyoperatingconstructionlandenteringthemarketafectsthewelfreleveloffarmers，andthere are significant diferences inthe welfare leveloffarmers underdifferentlanduse andcompensationmethods.Taking Deqing County of ZhejiangProvinceasanexample，basedonAmartyaSen’scapabilitytheory，thispaperusesthefuzycomprehensiveevaluation methodtoanalyzethefarmers’welfareefectofcollectively-operatingconstructionlandenteringthemarket.Theresultsshowthat： （1）The market entryreformhasanimportantimpactonthewelfareoffarmers.Theoverallwelfareleveloffmershasincreased by 0.112afterenteringtearketAmongch，eonomicocialandpshologicalwelfareoersaveeeimproedutthe ecological welfareleveloffarmershasdeclined.（2）Comparedwithindustrialuse，thewelfareleveloffarmersincreasesmorewhen theuseoflndenteringmarketisdominatedbycommercialserviceindustryThewelfareleveloffarmersintheareaofcommercial serviceindustryincreassby14andthewelfareleveloffrmersinteareaofindustrialuseincreassby.92.（3）Coparedwith one-timecompensatio，tewelfareleveloffarmersinsharedividendcompensationareainreasesmorAfterenteringtherket，the welfareleveloffrmersinthesharedividendcompensationareaincreasesbyO.178，andthewelfareleveloffarmersintheoe-time compensationareaincreasesbyOO93.Basedontheaboveresults，thispapersuggeststhatstrengtheningthepromotionofcolectively operatingconstructionlandenteringthemarket，determiningtheuseoflandenteringthemarketaccording tolocalconditions， encouraging share dividend compensation，and establishingalong-term distribution mechanism in the future.
