Abstract:IndertounderstandthewateresourcesulnerabilitytatusofShanxiProvince,anevaluationidexsystemasblasedon thePresure-State-Response(PSR)modelUtilizingstatisticaldatafromShaanirovincefrom213to222,thefuzystpairaalysis methodwasapldtoasessthevnerabilitygradeofitsateresouesByanalyingteelatioshpsetweenindivalindcatosand thevulnerabilitefiolssellssiioleabilitdoeallseabli lyingcausesofangesinwatersoucesulnerabityeretorouhlyinvestgatedesultsdemostratetattulneabilityfater resourcesinShaaniProvinceasgraduallydecreasedfroheextremelyfragilelevelin13toteightlyfragilelevelin2,andeateresourcessiuationhasbencontiuouslyimprovig.Thevulnerabilitylevelsofthecriterialayeindicatorsandtheulnerabilitylevelsof thecriterialaeaegenalyosistentihteangingrdsoftompreesieunerablitylevelsoftstem,ndteabilitylevelsrespondingtoteciterialayeelosesttotecomprehensivevulnerabitylevelsofShaanxiProvinceBasedonteidentifiedwaterresourcesablitatudiusaiosodseosd,ingblisngrnityagt integratingpressedentifatioatelwagdsicesos;dioatingaultitakederveaceodelolin government,market and society for addressing water resources vulnerability.

0 引言

现阶段,我国水资源仍存在空间分布不均,与人口、生产力布局以及土地等其他资源要素不匹配,时间分配不均,天然来水与用水需求过程不匹配,水质污染等一系列问题,加之气候变化造成的极端天气和旱涝变化,使得我国水资源系统的脆弱性更加突出[1-3]在国家推行“一带一路”和“西部大开发”的大背景下,研究陕西省水资源脆弱性,对于维持其水资源动态平衡、提高水资源承载力具有重要意义。(剩余8495字)
