Abstract:InordertodoagoodjobinthegoveranceandmanagementofdigitaltwinYelowRiverdatandconsolidatethedatafoundation of thedigitaltwinYelowRiver,thispapersummarizedandanalyzedthecurrntstatusofYelowRiverdatastorageandmanagementAddressingthemainexistingisses,itonductedreseachontedatagoveancesstem,computingpowerasurancesste,scuritysu ance measuresandtheraspects.According to teprincipleof“onedatafromonesourcebyonepathwa,andonedataformultpleuses",it establishedtedatagoveacesstmforthdigialtwinYeloiverInaccordnceihtepricipleof“inteatigathasbilt, coordinating what is under construction,and standardizing new construction”,a“ 1+X+1 ” digital twin Yellow River computing power support systemwasbuilt,andthedisasterecoverybackupsystemanddatasecurityprotectionmeasureswereimproedItalsointendedtoiprove disasterrecoverysystemandtrengthendatasecuityprotection.UsingthereservoirdataaboutthergionoftheYelowRiverBasinasacase study,data goverancepracticewascrdoutadthegoveranceachieveentdatacovering3673eservoisinthYelowRverBasnas formed,demonstrating the feasibility of data governance for the digital twin Yellow River.
