Impact of Industrial Structure Optimization on Carbon Balance in Xining City， Qinghai Province

Abstract：Xiinloadindoldscalitofeloierstdeaaporante energyrevolutioinQingiProve.Takinghisitsteachct，teactofidustraluctureotiatiooabdetbal ancewassudefdidauinlsitiaiddv spatial-temporal geographic weighted regression model. The results of this study show that from 2000 to 2021，Xining City as a whole is a distinct carbonsourceaea.Thboneveuedexpediureblaeratiochountysowl-vauaegatiocharacteiticitiey enhancement，utthetrendslowsdow.earbondficitpheoenspreadsfrotenurbaareatoteperiperyespatialetio betwenthtioatoddingofdstlucuedbdgetblaeisduallregngllfosi tivimpactonthcbonbudgetalanceHowevertepromotioofteabonbudgetalancetoughteupgdingofidustrluceil needstobefurtherstrengthened.UrbanizationandEconomicdevelopenthaveangatieimpactontecarbonbudgetbalance，uttengative impactisweakedinedXinngisduallasfongfroetesieooicothtoedlaboooicohc vingremarkablesultsintewin-instateofuanzatioandosstequaltmprovent.Theosieipactofgoveentetioon thecarbonceisakedatfstdstredftgovetetadtfif impactonthecarbougetbalane.Intefuture，Xiningsouldvigorouslypromoteteprogessofceadtchologisandte cordinateddeveopofalzdeofdracurepralitfatielotdt appropriate govermment intervention for promoting tooptimize industrialstructureandrealize thegoal of“doublecarbon".
