[Abstract]This article systematicallyanalyzes the application modeland scopeof virtual reality（VR）technologyin thepre ventionandtreatmentofmentalandpsychologicaldisorders，aswellasitstechnicaladvantagesandexistingchalengesinclinical practice.Byintegratingexistingresearchevidence，itispointedoutthatVRtechnologyhasainovativevalueinimmersiveinter vention，individualizedtreatment，nddatamonitoring，andthisarticlealsoproposesdevelopmentsuggestionsforitstechicalbar riers，ethicalnormsostefectiveness，ndtalentcultivationFinallypresntsfutureprospectsandresearchdirectiosbasedon technological innovation， legal improvement，cost optimization，and talent cultivation.
