[Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect and valueof enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS）in children undergoig nasalbonefracturesurgery.MethodsAtotalof60childrenwithnasalbonefracturewhounderwentreductionsurgeryguidedbyhigh-frequencyultrasoundinourhospitalfromJanuary2O2 toJune2O23wereenoledandrandomlydivided into ERAS group andcontrol group，with3Ochildren ineach group.Thechildrenin theERAS groupreceivedaperioperative management protocolbasedonERAS，while thoseinthecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalperioperativemanagement.Thetwo groups were comparedintermsof thirst，hunger，nasalpain，MedicalOutcomesStudy-SlepScale（MOS-SS）score，extubationtimeand awakening timefrom anesthesia toassssthe application efect of ERAS.ResultsAftersurgery，compared with thecontrol group，theERASgrouphadsignificantlylowerdegreesof hunger，thirst，and nasalpainandasignificantlylower MOS-SSl score （t=6.860-17.900，P<0.05） ，as well as a significantly higher MOS-SS2 score （t=12.345，P<0.05） . Compared with the control group，theERASgrouphadsignificantlybeterimprovementsinthedegresofhunger，thirst，andnasalpainandMOSSScore after surgery （t=2.093-11.713，P<0.05） .Compared with the control group，the ERAS group had significantly shorter extubation time and awakening time from anesthesia after surgery （t=17.146，29.776，P<0.05） . The ERAS group had a significantly lower incidence rate of agitation than the control group after intervention 3.3% Us 30.0% ， χ2=7.68，P<0.05 ）．Conclusion ERAScaneffectivelyalleviatethediscomfortofchildrenwithnasalbonefractureduringthe perioperativeperiodandhasa positive significance in promoting the postoperative recovery of children.
